次男ドーシーJr.の誕生をきっかけにオーガニック農法をはじめて30年以上、そして大正紡績の契約農家として20年以上。唯一無二の素材を私たちのために育て続けてきてくれました。

良い綿は良い土から生まれることをドーシーは知っています。様々な困難に直面しながらも有機栽培を続けてきた土壌は豊富な微生物が住み、年々肥沃さを増しています。 そしてそこから生まれる綿も年を経るごとにたくましく健康な綿になっています。

In New Mexico, USA, there is a farmer we deeply admire. His name is Ramon "Dosi" Alvarez.
He started organic farming over 30 years ago, motivated by the birth of his son, and has been a contracted farmer for Taishoboseki for over 20 years. He has continued to cultivate unique and supreme materials exclusively for us.

Dosi knows that good cotton comes from good soil. The soil where he has continued organic farming despite various difficulties is home to abundant microorganisms and becomes more fertile year by year. And the cotton grown from it also becomes stronger and healthier as the years pass.
